Coach Curd enters his 3rd season with the Titans and brings more than 30 years of baseball playing and coaching experience (Youth 5-14, HS, College) to the Titans organization. He brings a passion for development and loves the game of baseball.  Jon Curd grew up in San Francisco, CA where he played high school baseball for 4 years (P, 2B). Although he was recruited and Pitcher during HS, Jon refused to give up playing the field. He went on to attend Washington University in St. Louis where he was a 2-way player at SS and Pitcher.  After completing college, Jon Curd went on to join the Washington University coaching staff as a Pitching Coach. From there his coaching journey took him across all levels of baseball from youth baseball (ages 5-14) into High School. To develop complete players, he focuses on all aspects of the game, but Jon is really passionate about defense (IF).  Jon approaches baseball development from all angles constantly challenging players to get the most of themselves. This approach to development helps players grow both the physical side (Skills/Strength) as well as the mental side (Attitude/Approach) of their baseball game.
